I loved the environment and positive energy the staff and faculty had working with the kids and each other.

What I wish was different

I think the line of communication between the employees could have been a little more clear and radically honest.

Advice

It is good to be honest and patient with co-workers. Being more patient with the kiddos is even higher in importance.
