What I wish was different
An increase in pay would have been great, many other employees weren't putting in as much work, so if everyone was working together equally that would make the job much better.
Advice
If other workers aren't fairly contributing, don't be afraid to speak to a manager about it or even talk to them about it yourself.

What I liked
The staff is very friendly, and most managers do their best to help and make things run smoothly. The customer base is also friendly, and you can make good money (main demographic is families with kids and older people).
What I wish was different
I wish there was more staff on each shift so things could not get so hectic; sometimes under staffing causes staff and customers to get upset.
Advice
Friendly's is a good place to work in general, but you have to be ready to handle high-demand and stressful situations if you'd like to succeed.

If my gas was paid for that would have been great. Massachusetts state laws indicate they are required to, but I guess the company hasn’t gotten there yet
