What I liked

I loved being able to able to work on my own schedule. The team at Fresh Prints is also so relaxed and helpful - it never felt much like work.

What I wish was different

It is hard to be "on" all the time for clients, a quick response time is super important to them.

Advice

Push yourself out of your comfort zone! I never thought I would get into sales, but it has been a great experience.

What I liked

Fresh Prints provided an excellent base for me to be able to use my own skills to build a business. Like a lot of positions that exist, they can be as extensive as you choose to make them. Fresh Prints gives every Campus Manager limitless opportunity to excel in a self-made business without worrying about the logistical hassles of printing custom apparel. And at the same time, we have access to the endless support resources Fresh Prints provides to campus managers when they need help.

What I wish was different

I wish the payment structure allowed for us to be compensated both during the training stage.

Advice

For someone considering working for Fresh Prints, I would absolutely recommend applying. Even if it's not something you're necessarily interested in continuing after graduation, being a campus manager at Fresh Prints can help develop crucial life skills that will be necessary for almost every job position that exists today.

What I liked

I really love the support system from the team in general. Being able to get to know every aspect of the company, including logistics, art, and even directors, you feel supported all the way. I really appreciate the team you build within your PODS, being able to throw ideas, questions, and other concerns into the chat and being able to get a message that helps within minutes really helps to be persistent on the Job!
