What I liked

I truly enjoyed the amount of work I was given which challenged me to become a harder worker. Working on several projects all at once helped me improve my time management and organization skills. I also liked the overall company atmosphere. Every employee was willing to help out and give me great guidance. The amount of great information I learned each day was truly insightful and I will cherish this forever.

What I wish was different

I wish I was given more opportunities to meet different clients. I sat in with my mentor and other intern where we witnessed a real client meeting and I will never forget that experience. I wish we were given more meetings to sit in at so we could learn about real insurance sales and applications.

Advice

Always be prepared for the unknown whether its speaking in front of people, introducing yourself to managers and high up executives, and being motivated to complete any project an employee gives you. Get out of your comfort zone and meet with others and never be shy to ask questions.
