The administration was all very nice and approachable. They did not look at you like they were judging you rather asked questions to see if you would fit properly in the team or the motto they were trying to convey.
What I wish was different
I think the way they present themselves is in such a professional manner nothing can change.
Advice
Be prepared with a resume and just be yourself. they like the fact that a person can just be themselves instead of someone they don't know. Being who you are will either land you the job or deny it to you in which case you probably were not a good candidate for that team after all.
