I liked the opportunity to teach others about the history of the area, and to work on my public speaking skills.
What I wish was different
I wish I'd taken on more hours and gotten to have a more full experience with the job, but I still felt very content and hope to return there soon.
Advice
I'd advise anyone interested in History to think about helping with tours, they're a great opportunity to build connections with others interested in history, while being a pretty solid summer job.
