Founded in 1834, Franklin College is a residential liberal arts and sciences college in the Indianapolis metropolitan area, about 20 miles from downtown Indianapolis. With a total enrollment of more than 1,000 students, Franklin offers a Bachelor of Arts Degree in more than 50 majors from 24 academic disciplines, along with a Master of Science in athletic training and a Master of Science in physician assistant studies, inaugural class in 2019. The College employs 75 full-time faculty members and 151 full-time staff. The average class size is 15 with a student to faculty ratio of 12:1.
