What I liked

I liked learning about welding which was completely new to me. I particularly enjoyed talking with the welding engineer, the designers, mechanical engineers, technicians. The interplay of all the departments within the company is truly incredible. Having this exposure to other departments besides just engineering was very beneficial to me.

What I wish was different

I wish I could have started earlier, like around May!

Advice

I would definitely encourage students to reach out to potential employers. Its' worth the shot. Send your resume out, talk to people in the industry because it is all about expanding your network to increase your chances of getting an internship or even a full time job!
