I would share to be prepared for all interviews, currently I am still working with the company. I love my job, everyone's been super helpful and the energy is great. I would also like to share the fact that keeping a positive attitude and a clear mindset definently helps the process.

What I liked

Getting to work with Guests and interact with them while trying to ensure that they receive the best care. Working as a part of a team to achieve our goals, instead of working toward individual sales goal and competing against one another.

What I wish was different

I wish I could have had a chance to work with more of the girls. Were a small company and we only ever work in pairs and occasionally in threes.

Advice

People can be really hard to work with. Especially when you can't give them something they believe they deserve. It's okay to tell people no and to stand your ground, you are not less of a person because you didn't give the guest exactly what they asked for.
