Interns are given a lot of freedom to explore the creativity inside them and manifest them into feasible ideas that could turn a profit.

What I wish was different

The working hours and the pay is less than what one deserves for the amount of work that's being done.

Advice

The experience showed how one needs to be flexible and accepting of their circumstance especially when they're not in a position to negotiate.
