The work environment was very laid back. If you did your job, there would be no issues. There is an employee suggestion system that works really well.
What I wish was different
Sometimes organization of products moving down assembly line had room for improvement. For example, a work order that I had already worked on three weeks prior came back to me but with a different set of parts.
Advice
Don't be scared to ask questions. The employees here are tremendous people and will give you all the resources you need to succeed at your job. Voice your opinion too!
