Fox Chase Cancer Center

Coding department

July 2019 • Philadelphia, PA

What I liked

Learning the basic of what to look for when starting to code. I"m not coding but looking into descriptions of codes and what it entails. Interesting that the something school wouldn't go in depth until you actually learn it in the business world.

What I wish was different

Nothing. This is more like the good timing, right place at the right time.

Advice

In the coding industry, it's best to get yourself exposed to the real thing. It's hard enough to get the job after school, chances of landing one may be easier when you are in there. Now that I volunteer, my chances of getting the job is likely.
