Advocate for your own learning in an internship. If you feel you want to learn more about something, just ask. Odds are, your boss or co-workers would be happy to teach you.

What I liked
Essentially everything was great. The position had flexible timing, a good work-life balance, and clear expectations. While the work was not super stressful, it was appropriately challenging.
What I wish was different
Interacting with the public is challenging. I should have tried to improve my interpersonal skills, especially through frustration.
Advice
Advancement steps are clear. Be proactive in your growth and it will be rewarded!
