What I wish was different
More direction and evaluation of my own performance throughout the summer. Also, I reported to 3 different managers on different tasks simultaneously, so that was difficult to maintain. Finally, the staff worked in many different states, meaning that there were many weeks in which I had no face time with any full employees.
