They were always more than willing to talk about possible career routes and things they wished/ wished they avoided along the way. Along with the endless advice and guidance, the team was always explaining why they did things certain ways and what steps it took to get there. The team was very good about ensuring I understood the work I was doing and the importance of it being done correctly.”
