What I liked
I like the work culture at Foremost Farms the people are really friendly and I really like the place I always wanted to work in manufacturing and since I am working at Foremost gave me a lot of good manufacturing experience.
What I wish was different
The only drawback was that I was not able to visit all the plants. If I had an opportunity to visit all the plants I could have seen the different ways of making cheese and also didn't get a lot of projects to do I was just stuck on one project.
Advice
In the beginning, I was really afraid to talk to other people in other departments and I was scared to E-Mail them asking questions as days go by I got a little more comfortable and I also understood the work culture in an organization.

What I liked
Activity based, little micro management, orientation at Baraboo was great, friendly supervisor staff.
What I wish was different
Plover had not had any interns for a few years, so the beginning weeks they weren't sure exactly what to have us doing. This lead to a bit of confusion and no work to be done at the beginning.
Advice
Even when you don't have a direct task to be working on, always be working on side projects that could benefit the company in some way.
