What I liked

The people and culture at Flywheel are incredible. The work I did had a direct impact on the business which I really appreciate. I was even able to give a presentation to the COO of the entire company. Flywheel has allowed me to take on a lot of responsibility, which I appreciate greatly.

What I wish was different

While I have few complaints of what I wish was different, I think that things move at a bit rapid pace for an intern to truly feel comfortable with all the work you are doing. Sometimes things change and a project that you do may not be as useful as it once seemed. However, this is part of what I signed up for working for a fast-growing startup.

Advice

Be ready to work. Despite its laid back atmosphere, people at Flywheel get a lot done. Make sure that you come to work each day with a good attitude and a willingness to get a lot of work done, and you will have a great time working for this company.
