What I wish was different
Management, chain of command, more assistance and support as well as less red tape. Also the constant system crashing needs to be addressed as well
Advice
A good temporary job during the pandemic, great from working from home. Not something to last as the faults of management will fall down on you, and it eventually wears you away.
