What I wish was different


Working in an NFL team kitchen setting, you are pushed to limits beyond the classroom. This is a fast pace, high work ethic kitchen that tests your knowledge. The limits does not exist of what you want/can to create for the athletes to eat. While the day may be long with hours you couldn’t possible imagine working the results are rewarding. Watching the players play on Sunday knowing you helped fuel them during the week is truly an amazing feeling. Don’t be afraid to think outside of the box and try something new every day. Think, create and inspire others with the knowledge you have gain from school and previous jobs to come up with something unique, healthy and delicious.
