What I liked

Everyone was extremely friendly and happy to help. A healthy work-life culture was strongly emphasized, and I felt strongly supported by my manager and my team. I liked being able to work with a variety of departments on various projects - I gained lots of interesting perspective.

What I wish was different

I wish I was integrated into my team better (in terms of proximity - we didn't sit with our teams due to construction), and I wish I had a chance to work on my CAD modelling skills more, though that was just the nature of the projects my team had going on at the time.

Advice

Make a list of goals/intended learning outcomes and be sure to communicate with your manager about them. Don't be afraid to ask for help.
