First Light Capital Partners is a search fund, a private equity vehicle that seeks to identify, acquire, and operate an existing private company with revenues between $5 and $50MM and significant growth. First Light is funded by about 20 seasoned entrepreneurs, executives, and investors. The Founder of First Light is a Marine Corps Veteran and holds a BA from NYU's Gallatin School as well as an MBA from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He has 20 years+ professional experience to include entrepreneurship, strategy, finance, and operations. Once First Light acquires a company its Founder Mark will step into the CEO role to operate the company.
