The manager is very interested in helping you get the experience and knowledge you seek. Environment is very professional, and everyone is constantly doing work. I got my own office, which was a bonus.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have shadowed or had more in-person visualization of what it is like being the face of the bank.
Advice
Ask questions - everyone is very willing to help! Speaking some mandarin/cantonese is a definite plus.
