What I liked

I loved the environment at the office and I thoroughly enjoyed the work my company was doing in the fintech world. I learned a lot about an industry I only knew some things about, and it was an incredible, eye-opening experience.

What I wish was different

I wish the internship program had been a bit more organized, although to be fair it was Finastra's first year doing this.

Advice

I would say just come ready to work and learn because there are days that can feel slow, as if you don't have something to do, but at the end of the day if you ask someone about any part of the organization or the industry they will teach you and give you something to do in relation.
