I wish I had a bit more work. I found myself having to create work a lot of the time.

Really find something you enjoy doing and try to learn a lot about it. And network all across the firm.

I was treated as a normal employee. My project was giving guidelines to follow and I was given the opportunity to design/implement as I wanted.

Nothing! It turned into a job offer and I plan to continue working for Fidelity.
Advice
Don’t slack off. Work hard and try to keep ahead of your manager and your work load will be super light. Also, ask as many questions as possible, you are there to learn.
