I loved the size of the company. Due to the company being small with only 40 employees I really got to grasp each different aspect of the company and get to know everyone on a personal basis. I was not just an intern, but rather a member of the team and did valuable work for the company during my time there.
What I wish was different
I wish I had started to set up meetings with the employees earlier. Towards the end of my internship I was grabbing coffee almost every day with someone on a different team and I wish I had done this earlier so I did not feel rushed.
