I love the team that I work on. Every one has been very kind so the onboarding process went very well, even virtually. I also really enjoy getting to work so independently and proposing different project ideas.
What I wish was different
Due to COVID-19, my internship experience has been entirely different. I wish that I had the opportunity to visit FedEx Custom Critical and meet my coworkers in person.
Advice
Take initiative and do not be afraid to create your own projects. Volunteer for different projects as much as you can and you will have an incredible experience!
