I truly felt like everyone there really wanted to help all of the interns. I also enjoyed the fact that the work I was doing was actually going to impact the company and be something that could possibly become a new policy. They were really flexible with working from home and in office because of COVID and both experiences were great.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have experienced more of their retail offices, but that was to no fault of the program.
Advice
Meet as many people as you can! I made connections there that will help me find a career upon graduation and my project leader has also allowed me to list him as a reference on job applications that I have already submitted.

Not much, I had flexibility on what I wanted my internship to focus on, and was given the freedom to create what I felt was going to better the business.
