Their flexibility was great as it allowed me to create my own schedule for the most part. I was also able to shadow other parts of the company to get a better idea of Farm Bureau as a whole.

it is so important to look at other departments of an insurance company because while one department may not peak your interest, other departments may be exciting and much more interesting.
