I loved how Fanimal allowed me to pursue things I was interested in while also creating content that would be useful for their online platforms. I also like being able to practice my professional writing and editing skills for an organization that shares my passions.
What I wish was different
I don't wish anything had been different about this experience, I think the people were amazing and helpful, the assignments furthered my skills in ways I had hoped, and it surpassed my expectations.
Advice
One of the most important things I learned about having an internship during the school semester is time management. It was definitely something I struggled with sometimes, but I think I improved my skills overall.
