I liked the closeness of the employees. There was very much a family-like feel to the place.
What I wish was different
I wish that there had been a little bit more organization. There were some parts that seemed a little disorganized and confusing.
Advice
It can be easy to get burnt out. It's important to take time for yourself. The kids you work with are great they just have a lot of behavioral and emotional struggles.

I had the opportunity to engage in multiple different activities and the administration works to place you where you best fit in the agency.
