I liked being able to work in an environment where I could work independently, but then add contributions to different projects that the company was working on.
What I wish was different
I wish that I would have been able to interact with people better. I was at a scanner for 40 hours a week most of the time that I worked there, and the other projects that I should have been able to work on were never on time, so I didn't talk to the other employees much.

If you want to learn about a cooperative, I highly recommend working with Fall River Electric!
