Intern Analyst

May - August 2018 • Springfield, VA

What I liked

I enjoyed the opportunity I received to work with adults who had been employed in the workforce for some time. It offered me lessons on how to interact with people in the workplace. I also benefited from seeing how logistics can be the entire infrastructure of a firm or government.

What I wish was different

I wish I could've worked much more closely with the technology aspects of the job, however I did get to participate in the electronic waste program. I feel strongly that I could've been employed in other areas that would've maximized my potential.

Advice

Learning about any workplace can be key to knowing how to interact with people in general. Communication is one of the most important skills you can have in any industry.
