Workload is high so I wish I could get paid more and the hours were sometimes longer for workload

What I liked
I liked the welcoming nature of the staff. The benefits and programs to aid part-time workers were great too.
What I wish was different
I wished that when that there was more advocacy for the workers when negotiating or discussing expectations of cleaning facilties.
Advice
Expect to work hard. But the experience teaches you time management and collaboration skills. However, always expect criticism from the contract holders. There is always someone that has a different even stander of cleaning even if you are doing what's possible.
