What I wish was different
There is a big pay discrepancy that they do not address until you actually accept the job offer at orientation. They do not give you a set work schedule, you will know if you are working mornings or afternoons the day of or before. This is a sales job where you have to get a shoppers attention in the store you are stationed at to pitch the item you are selling. There is a lot of driving, so you are not in a stable location. They also threaten your job security if you aren’t what they deem as a proper outlook on life or if you aren’t making sells.
