What I liked
The customers are usually very nice, and easy to assist. They are always very patient with new associates, and understanding when there is an issue beyond our store’s control.
What I wish was different
I wish my managers were less catty. A number of my managers speak negatively about fellow employees behind their back.
Advice
At my location, the managers have formed a very strong clique, separating themselves from the sales associates. Honestly, it’s just best clock in and clock out. Do your job, and avoid getting involved in drama.

Very fast-paced, you get to learn how to be efficient and fast. Very flexible hours with discounts on clothes.

I hope the training was longer., it was only a day long.
Advice
Write down and memorize how to handle many different situations at the cash shop.
