Experian culture is awesome, it's a fast-paced work environment that is made up of very talented teams and individuals. Everybody was open to scheduling time to meet, and teach me about their roles, positions and their experiences at Experian.

Advice
Your network at the company you work at is very important, do not say no to any projects, ask a lot of questions, schedule lunches with co-workers, and show up to everything even if its optional.

What I liked
Great coworkers who were open to helping me and valued my input. I enjoy having a new position every year.
What I wish was different
It usually takes them a while to get me the permissions I need to do my work. There was a good deal of downtime in the beginning because of this.
Advice
When you have free time, talk to your managers and seek out work. They will remember that you asked this and respect your work ethic. Also, talk to your teammates when you have questions. You're there to learn and most are happy to help.
