What I liked
I learned a lot at my internship at Evolve IP. Being a novice to web development, I came into Evolve IP knowing little more than front-end JavaScript. I walked out my first summer, having built multiple full-stack web applications, one of which used monthly as part of a online company-wide competition. I received a lot of mentorship and responsibilities from the full-time workers, which happily surprised me as I initially joined Evolve IP as part of a high school capstone program.
Evolve IP has done more for me professionally and personally than I could have ever imagined. Their internship program is robust, with interns working across various functional areas. The company hosts a lot of volunteer, learning, and socially-oriented events for interns to engage themselves with.
