Diversify your experiences. Don’t feel like you have to just stick to one related field. There is value in seeing the world through various perspectives.

I learned how to be a much more patient, understanding, and empathetic person after working with the aging population. Take time to get to know residents and their stories, your interactions with them are so meaningful!
