The training, both formal and informal, were great. I was challenged every step of the way and improved immensely throughout the course of the summer.
They also gave return offers to those who earned them on the last day of the internship, so you don’t have to go back to campus wondering whether or not you have a job!
What I wish was different
Honestly, nothing at all. The people were helpful, the pay was great, the events were fun, and the work was engaging.
Advice
Be ready to work hard and engage with a lot of people at all levels of the firm.

What I liked
I liked the team that I worked with as well as the projects that I was working on. Additionally, the training program was very robust and prepared me well for on-the-job activities.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more training on the resources that we had been told to use as part of completing various tasks on the job. Had there been more training, it would've been quicker and easier to get things done.
Advice
The one piece of advice I would share is to constantly communicate with your team your progress on tasks as well as when you have the capacity for work. By updating your team, you are making it easier for them to facilitate work to you.
