The community of full time staff, summer staff, artists, guests and interns was incredible. I worked with some of the most successful people in my field and was given valuable opportunities.
What I wish was different
The internship was unpaid and this was difficult.

What I liked
The lit office was unbelievably supportive and affirming. The work was often incredibly socially demanding and challenging but there was often a sense of family in the office.
What I wish was different
I wish I had figured stuff out in time to get a scholarship, as it is around 2,000 dollars for food and housing.
Advice
Prepare for the interview. Be decisive and thoughtful in responses and think about yourself as a human as well as a theater professional.
