Everyone is more than willing to help new employees/interns learn and grow. They provide technical and person development sessions to learn about various aspects of the company through programmed "lunch and learns."
What I wish was different
Flexibility with working in different verticals and choosing where to be placed. The summer internship comprises of working with two verticals, but getting exposure to all three would provide a wider outlook.
Advice
Build a strong relationship with your supervisor and don't be afraid to ask questions.
