What I liked

I love working at my company. I have developed great relationships with my coworkers, and I hope to continue working here in the future.

What I wish was different

COVID-19 definitely complicated our method of service, taking away some of the direct interaction we usually have with our residents.

Advice

A piece of advice I would share is to be passionate and genuinely caring about your work, even if it is just a part-time job or internship. It will make you so proud of what you've done and really improve your overall experience!

How willing they were to let me have responsibilities and learn everything. How patient they were, and how confident in my abilities, although unproven.

What I wish was different

My goals and purpose were not discussed beforehand, but a large project was handed to me as soon as I started working.

Advice

The sales office places a lot of faith of you which can be overwhelming, but it actually makes you try harder when there are expectations of success. You will probably be stressed and overwhelmed with the amount of things to learn, but it is an excellent learning opportunity. and will teach you work ethics.

-Additional manager training -More branch to branch travel -Remote or work from home

-If you are interested in IT, earn as many certifications as you can. -Advance your skills in public speaking and professional communications.
