The chance to work in an office environment and learn. I had the chance to network and the opportunity to see how an office environment worked. I learned a lot from reviewing financial documents, creating campaigns, and organizing the office work and process of doing it.
What I wish was different
Honestly, nothing. I learned so much. I grew as an individual, professional, and had the opportunity to really learn. I do think more emphasis on a social media presence would be great!
Advice
To know that it is okay not to understand all of it at first. Do not be hard on yourself if you don't understand a new concept. And to trust the veterans at the company. Allow them to help you. You will grow and you WILL USE all of the stuff being taught at your internship. Take what you have learned and trust it.

What I liked
All of the people in the Relocation department are so kind, encouraging and helpful. There is such a great environment here where you can feel comfortable but also motivated to improve yourself and your performance every day.
What I wish was different
I wish that I had started at this company sooner so that I had more time with them!
Advice
Be open to and positive about learning everything that comes your way, because you will get the hang of it quickly!
