I learned a great deal about working within a professional environment and received an incredible amount of exposure to the healthcare industry as a whole. I had not appreciated just how much effort and energy goes into research and development of new medicines. Consulting plays an important role in guiding the development process and EQUITAS holds their values in high regard every step of the way. They care deeply about maintaining a supportive and engaging workplace culture that encourages individual growth.
What I wish was different
I would have enjoyed more opportunities to move between projects within the company to find a best-fit for my skillset and motivations.
Advice
Attention to detail is paramount for working at this company since they strive to provide the utmost quality services to their client-partners. Be prepared to recognize the quirks of being a human and review your work with a fine-toothed comb!
