What I liked

Good system for coops and they give great feedback. The work was interesting and the people were smart and fun to work with.

What I wish was different

Everyone else is salary so the schedule for hourly employees could be weird at times. Working long hours is expected of full time employees.

Advice

Great experience for controls engineering, but be ready to work hard because they treat you like a full time employee.
