What I liked

I really enjoyed the people that I worked with. The people at that company genuinely cared about an intern and their success. My summer project forced me to ask for assistance from people in all different divisions in the company and everyone wanted to help out as much as they could. Then, the CEO and the senior leadership team was there to listen to my final presentation.

What I wish was different

I wish I had a little bit more training before I was given my individual summer project.

Advice

Say hello to everyone you see in the office/pass in the hall. Also, go to all the after work hour social events!

What I liked

I really loved the atmosphere of the company. It was relaxed but still had a corporate feel. For being a global company hitting $600M in revenue last year, it still felt like a small company at headquarters. There were 15 interns at HQ and the program mimicked a lot of large companies in the area. The pay was competitive & there was a final presentation to the SLT at the end of the summer.
