I really enjoyed working with all the kids and building a connection with them so they knew they had the support they needed to move forward in the STEM field.
What I wish was different
I wish the program could last a little longer just so that things didn't feel like they were rushed and that I honestly would have loved to spend more time with the kids because I was definitely learning with them.
Advice
I would say definitely try to be as open minded as possible and be able to work with little kids because they can become really tiresome when dealt with especially when it feels like they're in a school environment. Otherwise they're just amazing sweethearts.
