The other workers were very helpful in getting me acclimated to the new environment in a field I did not have much prior experience in.
What I wish was different
I wish that we had been given a few more tools to help with discipline, but overall everything went smoothly.
Advice
Establish the rules you have with the children from the beginning, do not wait until a couple weeks in to let them know what your expectations are because they will not be as responsive.
