Seasonal Equipment Operator at Komyo

May - August 2019 • Troy, OH

What I liked

I liked that it kept me busy and paid pretty well considering it was a 25% increase in pay from my last job. I also liked that it was team based and provided goals for the team to complete each day, bbut also kept track of your personal progress.

What I wish was different

I wish it were more like a job in which the team communicated more and it felt like a place that someone could stay for a long time. They did not treat their employees right and it showed with the retention rate.

Advice

Know going into it that it is not a fun job, but a job that you get paid at. It's the same thing every day and if you can deal with that, you'll be just fine.
