What I liked
I liked being able to interact with the kids since I’ve never really been around young children. This gave me such an experience.
What I wish was different
I wished my first day was different, because I was thrown into this experience without really any type of instructions.
Advice
A piece of advice I would share is, be patient, because kids are learning and they don’t understand things quite as well as you do.

It’s scary at first because they give push back to everything, but it is easy to form close relationships with them as you get to know their stories.
